Your 3-Year Limited Warranty

1What is covered

We warrant that your Energilz Hydrogen Water Bottle (Digital 6000 PPB and Classic 3000 PPB) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use. The bottle is covered for up to 3 years from the original date of purchase once you register it, and the rechargeable battery is covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace your bottle, or the affected part, at no charge to you.

2Your coverage period and registration

Your bottle comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty automatically from your purchase date. To unlock the full 3-year coverage, you need to register your bottle, it is free and takes under a minute. Registering is how we verify your purchase and activate your extended warranty, so register to make sure you are covered for the full 3 years. The rechargeable battery is covered for 1 year.

3What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, or loss
• Misuse, abuse, or use beyond normal personal use, including commercial use
• Damage from not following the care and use instructions, for example letting the plates run dry
• Normal wear, cosmetic marks, scratches, or discoloration over time
• Rechargeable battery wear or failure after the first year
• Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification
• Products not purchased from Energilz or an authorized Energilz seller

4How care affects your coverage

A few simple habits keep your bottle covered and performing like new. Most importantly, never let the plates dry out, always keep some water inside. Run the cleaning function once a week, and every few weeks soak the bottle with warm water and a little white vinegar (about 3 parts water to 1 part vinegar) for 30 minutes, then rinse well, to clear mineral buildup. Damage caused by not following these steps is not covered.

5How to make a claim

Email us at support@energilz.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A short description of the problem
• A photo or short video showing the issue

To claim the extended 3-year coverage, your bottle needs to be registered. Not registered yet? You can register at energilz.com/registration before you file your claim.

We usually reply within a few hours and will guide you through the next steps.

6What we will do

For a valid claim within your coverage period, we will repair your bottle, send a replacement, or replace the affected part, whichever gets you back up and running fastest. If your exact model is no longer available, we will provide a comparable one.

7Who is covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

8Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. It does not take away or limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Those rights stand in addition to this warranty.
